The preparation of spatial planning documents includes analysis of the existing state of the space through the valorization of the construction fund and the processing of the analytical and documentary basis, the establishment of general and specific goals, and the proposal of the concept of distribution of purposes in space. Through the holding of expert discussion, development of variants, public presentation, and simultaneous harmonization with an integral approach to planning and principles of sustainable development, it is possible to create spatial-planning documentation in the democratic process.
